Create your very own botanical masterpiece with Emma Saunders from Cross Street Arts! Explore the art of lino cutting in this fun and friendly workshop, inspired by house plants.
You will be taught the traditional methods of relief printing to create your own series of reduction lino prints under the theme of house plants. You will transfer your designs on to lino, cut your designs out and print them on to paper. You will be able to take your prints home where you could mount and frame them or use them to make beautiful greetings cards.
All printing equipment, lino, paper and inks will be provided and step-by-step guidance will make it easy to bring your vision to life.
Wear old clothes or bring your own apron or old shirt.
