Tracey Nichols, trading as Florence and Fox, is responsible for protecting the privacy and security of your personal data. I gather your information solely to enable me to process your orders, and ensure that I am meeting my requirements to HMRC.

What information does Florence and Fox collect?

Your name, address, and contact information (if booking workshops) is saved on Shopify servers and accessed by password protected computers used solely for business purposes. It is not available to third parties. Payment information (card details) are processed via shopify or paypal and is encrypted and not provided to Florence and Fox, nor is it accessible or saved by Florence and Fox. If you sign up to our mailing list, your e-mail address and name will be saved on Mailchimp and will not be shared with any other parties.

How long do we keep data for?

Emails are cleared from hotmail at the end of each month. Order details are kept on Shopify and Paypal for 6 years for accounting purposes. 

You have a right to be forgotten

If you wish to be “forgotten” and feel I am unlawfully holding data on you – please contact me and I will inform you of the data I hold, and will delete it. 
Please note, I am required to keep records of all purchases for 6 years by HMRC, and this falls under “lawful use” and cannot be deleted. 

Your agreement

By ordering from or booking a workshop on www.florenceandfox.com or via the POS in our store or events, you are entering into a contract and agreeing that we can hold the data as outlined above.
